Eric Newton
President & CEO
Eric Newton is a seventh generation native of the Clemson area. Eric graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a Finance degree (Real Estate concentration) and from Southern Wesleyan University in 2015 with an MBA degree. Eric’s passions are his family and real estate. Eric has spent the last 26 years of his life becoming an expert in all aspects of the real estate profession, but his primary focus is on single family residential, commercial, and income-producing properties.
Jason Cranford
Chief Financial Officer
Jason joined Tiger Properties in January of 2018. He relocated to Clemson from London, UK where he served as Tax Manager in the U.S. tax group of Ernst & Young LLP. Jason also has 17 years of experience in the private sector where he worked for several private equity funds specializing in global real estate and infrastructure assets. Most notably, Jason spent 12 years with Morgan Stanley in New York, Amsterdam, London, and Chicago as Vice President overseeing tax compliance for the domestic and international real estate funds. Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University and a Master of Taxation from the University of South Carolina.
Matt Schell
Chief Legal Counsel
Matt is originally from Covington, GA. He attended Clemson University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. While at Clemson, Matt played football and was a 3-year letterwinner for the Clemson Tigers football team. After graduating from Clemson, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Matt later earned a Master of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree in Faith, Work, and Economics from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. Matt and his family love the Clemson Tigers, fall Saturdays in Death Valley, and living in Clemson, SC. He is an active member of the South Carolina Bar and serves as General Counsel for ENE Group.
Julie Hudson
Business Development Manager
Julie relocated to Clemson, SC from Seattle, WA in 2020, where she was Director of Sales for The Residence Inn Seattle University District. Julie specializes in Account Management, Sales, and Marketing. She holds a BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Washington State University, where she began her career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Outside her professional life, Julie is married with two daughters. She enjoys traveling with friends and family and is a sports enthusiast who loves spending her free time cheering on the Tigers!
Cole Oraham
Director of Property Management Operations
Cole has been in real estate since January of 2013. He started out in property management where he learned the ins and outs of investment real estate. In 2015 he obtained his Real Estate Sales license in the state of South Carolina. His goal is to educate the public and help his clients achieve their real estate related goals. He realized that the next step in doing this would be to earn his broker‘s license in the state of South Carolina. After completing classes at the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate he obtained his Broker’s License in 2019. He is a member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors and the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. Through both associations, he is able to network with colleagues and stay up-to-date with anything going on in the community. His passions include real estate and Clemson athletics. When he isn’t helping people buy or sell real estate he can be found cheering on the Tigers.
Rayn Wittrock
Junior Chief of Staff
Rayn Wittrock is originally from Fort Myers, Florida. He moved to the Seneca/Clemson area in 2007. Rayn graduated from Seneca High School in 2018, and he went on to play college soccer at Spartanburg Methodist College where he earned an Associates Degree in Business. Rayn graduated from Clemson University in December 2022 with a BS in Financial Management with an emphasis in Banking and Investing and a minor in Accounting. Rayn Joined ENE Group in May of 2022. When he is not working with the team, you can find him practicing mixed martial arts, playing soccer, and spending time with family.

Jessica Newton
Special Projects Coordinator/Interior Designer/Scheduler
Jessica Newton joined Tiger Properties with over 10 years of management experience, much of it serving in the administration of Oconee Hospital. She has her BS in Nursing from Clemson University and her MBA from Southern Wesleyan University. Jessica is IDDP certified (International Design and Decorating Professional) and she now works closely with Tiger Properties’ Maintenance and Construction division, as well as creating beautiful interior spaces both for the company and clients. Jessica currently resides in Clemson, SC with her husband and 4 daughters and enjoys gardening and outdoor activities.

Mark Corns

Mark moved from Palm Bay Fl, where he lived for 47 years and did both residential and commercial construction. He currently resides in Westminster S.C. He started working for Focus Construction in July of 2019. When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and going to church.

Denise Reynolds
Construction Accounting
Denise is a native of Upstate South Carolina and graduated from Seneca High School. She currently resides in Central, SC with her husband, 4 dogs, and one cat. She joined Focus Construction in July 2017. As a bookkeeper for Construction & Maintenance, she is responsible for invoicing and collecting payments. In her free time, she loves making jewelry, camping, fishing, and working with animal rescues.
Anna Harrison
Financial Accounting Analyst
Anna is from Greenville, SC. She graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Accounting. She joined Tiger Properties in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions for managed properties. In her free time, Anna enjoys painting, hiking, and playing with her dogs.

Katherine Anderson
Regional Property Manager
Katherine was born and raised in Gloucester, MA, and moved to South Carolina in August of 2020. She first began working at Tiger Properties in January of 2022 as a Community Assistant but later transitioned to a Property Manager role after obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License in November of 2022. She is excited to now be working on a new project beginning this year at Maverick Hills. Outside of work you can often find her cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams, while spending time with her two dogs, Bear and Sunshine.
Emmanuel Barrientos
Property Management Accountant
Emmanuel was born in Dallas, Texas, but grew up in Spartanburg, SC. He graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in accounting. Emmanuel joined Tiger Properties in late September of 2022 as a community assistant at The Villages at Town Creek and is now the Property Management Accountant. Family-oriented and passionate about fitness, Emmanuel goes to gym regularly and enjoys hosting cookouts with his loved ones. He is also deeply interested in Real Estate investing and aspires to become a successful investor.
Laura Perry
Property Manager
Laura is from Piedmont, SC. She graduated from Clemson University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Communications and a double minor in Psychology and Brand Communications. She has been a part of the team since 2021. After graduation, she accepted the role as marketing coordinator and loves learning something new every day! Laura enjoys hanging out with friends or watching a good show with her two cats, Lanie and Frankie.
Shana Robinson
Property Manager
Shana's passion for real estate/property management was ignited when she sold her own home in 2018. She started out as a part-time showings agent. With her exceptional skills in service and her ability to balance multiple roles at once, she worked her way up to the title of property manager and downtown office manager. Her attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to anyone looking for a rental. Prior to working at Tiger Properties Shana worked as a hospitality manager for Marriott International Inc. Shana understands that renting can be a stressful process, that's why she will be there to make sure you have the best experience possible. Shana enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids exploring nature by way of ORV trails, frequent visits to the Outer Banks, and cheering on her kids at various activities.
Andrew Williams
Property Manager
Andrew was born and raised in Seneca, SC. He currently lives on a farm where he spends most of his free time taking care of his many animals. He is very interested in the world of real estate investing and property management and works toward being a small business owner. Andrew enjoys active hobbies like hiking, fishing, and woodworking.
Kylee Vaughn
Assistant Property Manager
Kylee is from South Florida but moved to the Upstate in 2012. She attended the University of South Carolina Upstate, where she received her Bachelor’s in Communication focusing on Public Relations. Kylee has been with Tiger Properties since October 2022 and is responsible for assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process with any questions or concerns they may have. In her free time, Kylee enjoys hiking with her dog, making sushi, and spending time with family and friends!
Peyton Williams
Assistant Community Manager
Peyton is the assistant community manager at our new complex Maverick Hills! He is a recent graduate of Clemson University with a major in business management. He was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC and loves his hometown. He continues to strive for more knowledge in the real estate industry! In his free time, Peyton enjoys hanging out with friends, golfing, and going to the gym!
Mary Crayne
Community Assistant
Mary Margaret grew up in Camden, South Carolina. She is a sophomore at Clemson pursuing a Bachelor’s in marketing and a minor in management. She is new to the team. You can find Mary Margaret in the downtown office. When she isn’t working or in class, Mary Margaret is either in the gym, hanging out with friends, or at home spending time with her cat, Maggie.

Ella Newton is a Freshman Sociology Major at Clemson University from Clemson, South Carolina. She is new to the team. When she is isn't working, you can find Ella in the gym or hanging out with her friends.
Mikayla Cook
Marketing Intern
Mikayla is a Senior Graphic Communications major who was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She learned her passion for marketing through the Graphic Communications program at Clemson University, and has since joined Tiger Properties as an intern in January 2024. Mikayla spends her free time cooking, traveling, going on walks, and loves to have quality time with friends and family.
Adam Fennell
Community Assistant
Adam was born and raised in Ninety Six, SC, and is entering his junior year at Clemson University studying Business Management. After college, Adam plans to pursue a career in commercial real estate and use the skills from his management degree. Adam can be found on the golf course, hanging out with friends, or watching sports in his free time.
Caroline Payne
Community Assistant
Caroline was raised in Blythewood, SC and is a senior at Clemson University where she is studying Economics. She is excited to be staying at Clemson after graduating for her masters in Economic Analytics. Caroline enjoys spending her free time on the lake with friends, working out, and reading books outside.

Kennedy was born and raised in Williamston, SC and attends Clemson University. She is a current junior studying financial management with an emphasis in corporate finance and a double minor in accounting and economics. Outside of school and work, you can catch Kennedy hanging out with friends and family, traveling, or swimming at the lake.

Tanner was born and raised in Alpharetta GA, and is currently a senior studying Finance at Clemson University. He hopes to have a career in Real Estate and manage his own portfolio of rentals. In his free time, Tanner enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, and traveling.

John Lint has lived in 4 different states, his favorite food is catfish. John is a senior at Clemson university with a major in Business management, minor in Financial Management and emphasis in operational management. John’s hobbies consist of hiking, gym, running, reading, binging shows/movies and anime. John has accomplished surviving a faulty parachute when skydiving, been hit in the chest by speeding canoe, hiked Dolly Sods, become an Eagle Scout and he’s an uncle of two.

Mac is from Woodbury, MN, and is currently a senior at Clemson studying real estate finance and accounting. Mac has spent several years working for a fixer upper business, and enjoys his time at Tiger Properties as it helps prepare him for a career in property management after graduation. In his free time, he loves to play or watch sports, and hang out with his dog Marvin.

Anna Blaine Sanderson is a Graphic Communications major at Clemson University, where she grew up attending football games in Tiger Park with her family—both of her parents are Clemson alumni, and her little sister is a current student. Outside of work, she enjoys making merchandise for her sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma, going on walks, playing board games, and trying out new recipes.
Hal White
Business Development Associate
Hal worked in Westvaco’s Worldwide Sales & Marketing team, out of their office in Charleston SC, for 35+ years traveling the world selling industrial paper products. Total retirement is not Hal’s ‘cup of tea’ so he earned his SC Real Estate license and joined Eric’s team. Hal will do whatever it takes to help service our customers. He and his family live in Tamassee - close to his beloved Lake Jocassee.

Jessica Williams

Jessica began her real estate venture in 2004 focusing on the Greater Greenville market & then expanded into the Greater Clemson area in 2013. She achieved her SC Brokers license in 2020 and has been actively involved in many areas of the business, aiding in providing well-rounded knowledge of the industry, including: investment real estate, local lake property, first-time home buyers, new construction, property management, & resale. With experience across the Upstate, she serves her clients well & appreciates the compliment of referrals & return clients.
