Eric Newton
President & CEO
Eric Newton is a seventh generation native of the Clemson area. Eric graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a Finance degree (Real Estate concentration) and from Southern Wesleyan University in 2015 with an MBA degree. Eric’s passions are his family and real estate. Eric has spent the last 25 years of his life becoming an expert in all aspects of the real estate profession, but his primary focus is on single family residential, commercial, and income-producing properties.
Jason Cranford
Chief Financial Officer
Jason joined Tiger Properties in January of 2018. He relocated to Clemson from London, UK where he served as Tax Manager in the U.S. tax group of Ernst & Young LLP. Jason also has 17 years of experience in the private sector where he worked for several private equity funds specializing in global real estate and infrastructure assets. Most notably, Jason spent 12 years with Morgan Stanley in New York, Amsterdam, London, and Chicago as Vice President overseeing tax compliance for the domestic and international real estate funds. Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University and a Master of Taxation from the University of South Carolina.
Ryan Kurek
Chief Revenue Officer
Ryan leads growth and new business initiatives across ENE Group as Chief Revenue Officer. Having 25 years across holistic business, development and growth, marketing, sales, and partnerships, Ryan possesses unique skills that drive innovative solutions, general revenue channels, and scale up / growth projects. Ryan led key projects across 20-plus industries, both employed by global publicly traded companies and through consulting and managing clients from his own agency for over 12 years. Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Clemson University and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School.
Matt Schell
Chief Legal Counsel
Matt is originally from Covington, GA. He attended Clemson University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. While at Clemson, Matt played football and was a 3-year letterwinner for the Clemson Tigers football team. After graduating from Clemson, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Matt later earned a Master of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree in Faith, Work, and Economics from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. Matt and his family love the Clemson Tigers, fall Saturdays in Death Valley, and living in Clemson, SC. He is an active member of the South Carolina Bar and serves as General Counsel for ENE Group.
Julie Hudson
Business Development Manager
Julie was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Clemson, SC in 2020. She graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies and has worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Marriott International with over 13 years in the hospitality industry as Sales/Account Management. Prior to moving to Clemson, Julie worked for Marriott International as Director of Sales. Julie is married and has 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and walking her dogs. Julie is an avid sports fan and spends her time cheering on the Tigers!
Cole Oraham
Director of Property Management Operations
Cole has been in real estate since January of 2013. He started out in property management where he learned the ins and outs of investment real estate. In 2015 he obtained his Real Estate Sales license in the state of South Carolina. His goal is to educate the public and help his clients achieve their real estate related goals. He realized that the next step in doing this would be to earn his broker‘s license in the state of South Carolina. After completing classes at the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate he obtained his Broker’s License in 2019. He is a member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors and the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. Through both associations, he is able to network with colleagues and stay up-to-date with anything going on in the community. His passions include real estate and Clemson athletics. When he isn’t helping people buy or sell real estate he can be found cheering on the Tigers.
Jessica Williams
Broker Associate/Realtor®
Jessica began her real estate venture in 2004 focusing on the Greater Greenville market & then expanded into the Greater Clemson area in 2013. She achieved her SC Brokers license in 2020 and has been actively involved in many areas of the business, aiding in providing well-rounded knowledge of the industry, including: investment real estate, local lake property, first-time home buyers, new construction, property management, & resale. With experience across the Upstate, she serves her clients well & appreciates the compliment of referrals & return clients. Jessica Newton joined Tiger Properties with over 10 years of management experience, much of it serving in the administration of Oconee Hospital. She has her BS in Nursing from Clemson University and her MBA from Southern Wesleyan University. Jessica is IDDP certified (International Design and Decorating Professional) and she now works closely with Tiger Properties’ Maintenance and Construction division, as well as creating beautiful interior spaces both for the company and clients. Jessica currently resides in Clemson, SC with her husband and 4 daughters and enjoys gardening and outdoor activities.
Rayn Wittrock
Junior Chief of Staff
Rayn Wittrock is originally from Fort Myers, Florida. He moved to the Seneca/Clemson area in 2007. Rayn graduated from Seneca High School in 2018, and he went on to play college soccer at Spartanburg Methodist College where he earned an Associates Degree in Business. Rayn graduated from Clemson University in December 2022 with a BS in Financial Management with an emphasis in Banking and Investing and a minor in Accounting. Rayn Joined ENE Group in May of 2022. When he is not working with the team, you can find him practicing mixed martial arts, playing soccer, and spending time with family.

Denise Reynolds

Denise is a native of Upstate South Carolina and graduated from Seneca High School. She currently resides in Central, SC with her husband, 4 dogs, and one cat. She joined Focus Construction in July 2017. As a bookkeeper for Construction & Maintenance, she is responsible for invoicing and collecting payments. In her free time, she loves making jewelry, camping, fishing, and working with animal rescues.

Alex was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and moved to West Union, South Carolina in April of 2023. She graduated from Davis College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Human Resources. She enjoys spending her free time playing video games, creating art, reading, and spending time with her partner, and two cats.

Billy McClain
Technician
Billy began working with Focus Construction in March 2023. He has over 33 years of experience in the plumbing, millwrights, industry, specializing in industrial, commercial, residential, and plumbing systems. He is an expert in plumbing, pipe fitting and welding. Billy is appreciative of working with such a great team at Focus Construction. Billy lives on Lake Keowee in West Union with his wife, Connie, and his Shih Tzu, Maci. He loves spending his down time boating, hiking, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson.

Laura Perry
Marketing Coordinator
Laura is from Piedmont, SC. She graduated from Clemson University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Communications and a double minor in Psychology and Brand Communications. She has been a part of the team since 2021. After graduation, she accepted the role as marketing coordinator and loves learning something new every day! Laura enjoys hanging out with friends or watching a good show with her two cats, Lanie and Frankie.
Joe deLoach
Market Analyst
Joe is originally from Camden, SC, but has been in Clemson since 2018! He has been with Tiger Properties since 2021. He began his time here as a community assistant at Cambridge Creek. Joe has recently made the switch to a new sector of the company where he can focus on his passion for software development and innovation. Joe has become Tiger Properties’ “expert in technology”, always working to solve problems and help out wherever he can! In his free time, Joe enjoys hanging out with friends, his cat Copper, traveling, and cooking!
Nathan Hawkins
Lead Product Engineer
Born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina, Nathan is a dedicated software engineer passionate about developing solutions that not only enhance people's day-to-day work experience but also foster a collaborative environment, improve team adaptability, and drive innovation. As our Lead Product Engineer, he spearheads the development of our tools and platforms, focusing on process optimization and productivity enhancement across our operations. Outside the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with his partner and two sons, playing tennis, exploring the outdoors, making music, and supporting the Clemson baseball team.
Shana Robinson
Property Manager/Office Manager
Shana's passion for real estate/property management was ignited when she sold her own home in 2018. She started out as a part-time showings agent. With her exceptional skills in service and her ability to balance multiple roles at once, she worked her way up to the title of property manager and downtown office manager. Her attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to anyone looking for a rental. Prior to working at Tiger Properties Shana worked as a hospitality manager for Marriott International Inc. Shana understands that renting can be a stressful process, that's why she will be there to make sure you have the best experience possible. Shana enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids exploring nature by way of ORV trails, frequent visits to the Outer Banks, and cheering on her kids at various activities.
Nick Eddis
Community Manager
Nick grew up in Lawrence Kansas. He came to Clemson in 2017 and joined the Clemson football team in 2019. He graduated in December of 2021. He joined the Tiger Properties team in the middle of May. In his free time, he enjoys attending Clemson football games and going to the gym.
Andrew Williams
Community Manager
Andrew was born and raised in Seneca, SC. He currently lives on a farm where he spends most of his free time taking care of his many animals. He is very interested in the world of real estate investing and property management and works toward being a small business owner. Andrew enjoys active hobbies like hiking, fishing, and woodworking.
Kylee Vaughn
Leasing Consultant
Kylee is from South Florida but moved to the Upstate in 2012. She attended the University of South Carolina Upstate, where she received her Bachelor’s in Communication focusing on Public Relations. Kylee has been with Tiger Properties since October 2022 and is responsible for assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process with any questions or concerns they may have. In her free time, Kylee enjoys hiking with her dog, making sushi, and spending time with family and friends!
Farrell Griffin
Community Assistant
Farrell is from Wellington, Florida. She has spent time growing up in Anderson, SC, and is a Senior at Clemson University majoring in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Real Estate License and is passionate about learning all things real estate. In her free time, Farrell loves working out, golfing, snowboarding and spending time with her friends and family.
Macy Moran
Community Assistant
Macy is from Blythewood, South Carolina. She is a junior at Clemson University pursuing a Bachelor’s in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Event Tourism Management. She is also new to the team and you can find her in the downtown office. In her free time, Macy likes to spend her time in the gym, going out with friends, or doing anything outside!

Ella is from Richmond, VA. She is a sophomore at Clemson University, studying Operations Management, with a minor in Public Policy. She has been with Tiger Properties since September 2023, and works on our Cambridge Creek team. In her free time, Ella enjoys being on the lake, spending time with family and friends, and traveling!

Hudson Miller grew up in the upstate, and graduated from Daniel High School in 2023 and is attending TCTC and hopes to own real estate someday. He has been with Tiger Properties since July 2023. He is currently trying to get his real estate license. When not working he can be found with friends and enjoys working out.

Meet Marco, a Spartanburg, SC native and Senior at Clemson University, majoring in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate. Post-graduation, Marco envisions a future in the dynamic field of commercial real estate, particularly on the brokerage side. Beyond his academic pursuits, Marco enjoys spending his free time indulging in his passion for soccer and golf.

Jake is from Seneca, SC. He is currently a senior at Clemson studying financial management with an emphasis in real estate and a minor in accounting. He started at Tiger Properties in May of 2023. Outside of work, he loves to spend time on the lake with family and friends, as well as traveling whenever given the opportunity.

MJ is a business finance major at Clemson. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina and has lived there all his life. He began working at Tiger Properties in October 2023, and has enjoyed it ever since. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing golf.

Emmanuel Barrientos was born in Dallas, Texas, but grew up in Spartanburg, SC. He is a student at Clemson majoring in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in accounting. Emmanuel joined Tiger Properties in late September of 2022 as a community assistant at The Villages at Town Creek. He now works with the accounting team! He discovered the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast and developed a passion for Real estate specifically for single and multi-family properties. Emmanuel is family-oriented, so when he is not working, in class, or doing homework, he is with family or at the gym with friends.

Camryn is from Southbury, CT. She is a Junior Graphic Communications major and Brand Communications minor at Clemson University. Camryn is passionate about all things creative and artistic. Weronika is from Europe, Poland. She holds a B.S in Business Marketing from Clemson University as well as finishing up her M.S in Business Marketing also from Clemson University. While at Clemson, Weronika was a Student Athlete on the Basketball Team. Weronika has experience in Client Relations, Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy. In her free time, she loves taking photos, painting, biking and playing with her cat Bruno.
